I found Naples Flowers through Google in hopes that it would be the best option to send flowers to my mom for her birthday. I live in California and wanted to send something reliable, beautiful and true to size/look from the website. I’ve had unfortunate experiences before with floral companies falling short but Naples Flowers provided a fabulous service! They delivered in the time frame I requested and the flowers look even better than the photo shows on the website. My mom was so happy and thankful and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

I ordered two arrangements for Mother's Day. One for my mother-in-law who was recovering from cancer surgery, and a second for my wife who is taking care of her during recovery. I paid for greeting cards as well and provided carefully worded messages for each. The arrangement for my wife arrived with a random card ("Mom" on the front, not the card for a spouse), and made up message, which had nothing to do with the situation. I called to discuss this, but had to leave a message. So far, no one has returned my call. This is the message I wrote in my wife's card: "Today celebrates not only the love you give as a mother, but also the compassion, strength, and selflessness you show in caring for your own mom. The kindness and devotion you give so freely are a beautiful reflection of your heart. You are appreciated more than words can say, and the love you give makes a difference every single day." You can see in the photo the message that was actually in the card. Exceptionally disappointing. Do better. UPDATE: The pic of the flowers is from the following day. Wilted. My MIL called, and they did replace them, but refused a refund.

How disappointing. I am not in town and wanted to send my lovely mother-in-law a beautiful arrangement. The pictures on the website looked stunning, and what arrived doesn't even come close to what was promised for a total of $199. Clumps of flowers just stuck in a vase. I feel ripped off and now embarrassed for my mother-in-law to think I care so little for her. Safe to say I will never order from here again.

Hi Naples Flowers team, I wanted to reach out and say thank you for the dozen ultimate red roses I ordered for my wife’s birthday. The bouquet is stunning and looks exactly as it did on your website - truly top-tier quality. I also want to give a shout-out to the delivery gentleman. He was very polite and even took a moment to suggest we add some extra water to keep them fresh, which we appreciated. Regarding the birthday balloon that didn't quite make the trip: honestly, it’s probably for the best. My wife is already walking on air because of the roses, so if we had added a helium balloon to the mix, she might have just floated right out of the living room!
